Dr Avi is the Founder and CEO of Energesse, a leading digital company with products that improve workforce planning & staff retention as well as emergency risk management and customer experiences. As a futurist and award-winning digital innovator, Dr Avi advises SME’s, large corporations and healthcare organisations on predicting industry trends and overcoming challenges using data-driven decisions.
His latest work includes digital solutions for addressing labour shortages through ROI-driven workforce management strategies and predictive algorithms.
His portfolio of innovations includes the pandemic management tool which received a global “Beyond the Call of Duty in COVID-19” award from the International Hospital Federation (IHF), one of the leading organisations supporting COVID-19 responses. As an international thought leader, he is featured in the media including Australian Financial Review, Sky News, ABC, SBS, Sydney Morning Herald, Herald Sun and Insurance Business America. As a keynote speaker, he has presented at global conferences such as the World Congress of Prevention & Wellness.
Dr Avi’s career began as a medical doctor in the UK and Australia, working across public and private sectors. After an MBA (Hons), he ventured into biotech and pharmaceuticals with responsibilities from researching high-profile medicines such as ‘Viagra’, to Chief of Staff of industry leader Pfizer Australia. He helped manage products worth over $100mil a year and strategically grow the organization to over $1billion a year in revenue, prior to founding 3 tech enterprises in subsequent years.
Lipin is an accomplished strategic product management and program leader with national and global experience successfully running multimillion dollar (~AUD$10M+) engagements across digital transformation strategy, patient experience & business performance of Public hospitals, Australian Cancer registry and Health Informatics.
Padmi has partnered and coached CEO’s and peers to influence strategy, operations and governance and grow organizations through various business cycles and new ventures. I’ve harnessed my commercial skills to strategically maximize competitive advantage and sustain business growth.
Padmi has a breadth of expertise in developing strategic roadmaps, scaling complex operating models, implementing digital platforms and service delivery solutions, whilst driving talent management, cultural, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives across Australia, APAC, EMEA and Americas.
As an accredited change practitioner, Padmi has lead transformation agendas – inclusive of M&A’s; HR transformations through process re-design and implementation of core Human Capital Management technology and service delivery solutions, and driven enterprise wide business operating model restructures and cultural transformations to enhance the employee experience. Through these initiatives, I’ve successfully connected diverse and geographically dispersed teams for greater alignment and engagement, and improved accountability, efficiency and performance outcomes.
